Commercial Vehicle Fees Set To Increase

House Bill 334, which passed the Idaho Legislature and was signed into law, raises certain DMV fees effective January 1, 2010. The following commercial vehicle fees will be impacted:

Statutory motor vehicle and driver record fees will increase from $4.00 to $7.00 per driver or vehicle record. When combined with the Access Idaho fee, the cost to subscribers will be $9.00 per driver or vehicle record.

Temporary Vehicle Clearances (TVCs) fees issued in person will increase from $ 10.00 to $18.00. TVCs purchased online will still be available at no charge.

Revised and duplicate registration fees will increase from $3.00 to $5.00.

Replacement sticker fees will increase from $1.00 per sticker to $2.00 per sticker.

Safety and Insurance fees will increase from $2.00 to $3.00.

Title transaction fees will increase from $8.00 to $14.00.

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) inspection fees will increase from $3.00 to $5.00.

Use Your Access Idaho Username Wherever You See The Bluebird
